About the ACE SWISS Group
ACE SWISS Holding AG (together with its holdings, the "ACE SWISS Group") is a long-standing market participant and holds a 100% stake in the ADMIRAL site in Mendrisio. The group also holds a minority interest in the Stadtcasino Baden Group (4.95%).
As part of an international group with Austrian roots, the ACE SWISS Group has been operating exclusively in Switzerland for over 20 years and is thus strongly anchored locally. The group also has a licensor of the internationally renowned ADMIRAL brand through its sister company, NOVOMATIC AG.
Group structure
The ACE SWISS Group is 100% owned by NOVO SWISS AG, in which Johann Graf in turn holds 100% of the shares. The core business of the NOVO SWISS Group is focused on the gaming and entertainment industry. The Group combines NOVO SWISS AG as the management and holding company and its subsidiaries, ACE SWISS Holding AG (Swiss casino investments), Gryphon Invest AG (international casino, technology and real estate investments) and ACE Invest AG (Swiss real estate) with its subsidiary ACE Green Energy AG (sustainable energies).
