azionista di minoranza di Casino Bad Ragaz AG a Grand Resort Bad Ragaz AG. Al termine della transazione, Casino Bad Ragaz AG, che da 20 anni gestisce l'attivit\u00e0 di casin\u00f2 a Bad Ragaz, diventer\u00e0 una filiale 100% di Grand Resort Bad Ragaz AG. La transazione \u00e8 stata approvata dalla Commissione federale svizzera per il gioco d'azzardo (SFGB) ed \u00e8 stata finalizzata a partire da<\/strong><br \/><strong>29 agosto.<\/strong><\/p><p>Grand Resort Bad Ragaz AG e ACE SWISS Holding AG hanno concordato l'acquisizione di tutte le azioni del Casin\u00f2 Bad Ragaz per un totale di 18,03% del capitale sociale del Casin\u00f2 Bad Ragaz. A seguito di questa transazione, Grand Resort Bad Ragaz AG detiene 100% delle azioni della societ\u00e0 ed \u00e8 quindi l'unico proprietario. In una prima fase, 15,3% di azioni sono state acquisite da ACE SWISS Holding AG all'inizio di maggio 2023. Le parti hanno concordato di non rivelare il prezzo di acquisto delle azioni.<\/p><p><strong>Riallineamento strategico<\/strong><br \/>Con la vendita della partecipazione, il Gruppo ACE SWISS ha completato il suo riallineamento strategico e in futuro si concentrer\u00e0 sul sito di Mendrisio nel segmento terrestre e, se verr\u00e0 concessa la licenza, sul nuovo sito di San Gallo. In qualit\u00e0 di azionista unico del Casin\u00f2 di Bad Ragaz, Grand Resort Bad Ragaz AG dispone ora di un ulteriore margine di manovra per i prossimi 20 anni in vista della richiesta di una nuova licenza. La decisione del Consiglio federale sull'assegnazione delle licenze per il casin\u00f2 \u00e8 prevista per il quarto trimestre del 2023.<\/p><p><strong>Una partnership costruttiva di lunga data<\/strong><br \/>Nell'ambito del suo nuovo orientamento strategico, ACE SWISS Holding AG ha offerto di vendere tutte le sue azioni del Casin\u00f2 Bad Ragaz AG all'azionista di maggioranza. Klaus Tsch\u00fctscher, Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione del Grand Resort Bad Ragaz AG, ha annunciato che il momento di questa transazione \u00e8 molto favorevole per entrambe le parti, in quanto semplificher\u00e0 la struttura azionaria nel settore dei casin\u00f2 e il Casin\u00f2 Bad Ragaz dar\u00e0 un importante contributo alla nuova strategia di destinazione del Gruppo.
